Mr. Clarence “Preacher” Blaine, age 84, entered eternal rest on Sunday, March 19, 2023 at Brian Center Health and Rehabilitation in Yanceyville, North Carolina. He was born in Cluster Springs, Virginia but relocated to Roxboro, North Carolina where he made his home.
He was preceded in death by his parents Clarence Blaine, Sr. and Rynthia Chappelle Blaine; one son Bobby Blaine; and three brothers Jake Blaine, George Blaine and Ed Blaine.
Mr. Clarence “Preacher” Blaine leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 65 years, Barbara Jean Fuller Blaine; five sons James Blaine (wife Elizer) of Roxboro, North Carolina; Charles Blaine (wife Sandra) of Burlington, North Carolina; Clarence “Heavy” Blaine of Roxboro, North Carolina; James Winstead (wife Wanda) of Durham, North Carolina and Lorenzo Blaine of Charlotte, North Carolina; six grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and numerous loving nieces, nephews, additional relatives and friends.
