Ms. Thelma Louise Bailey, age 73, entered eternal rest on Monday, August 30, 2021 at Roxboro Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Roxboro, North Carolina. She was a native of Person County, born to the union of the late Zeb Bailey and the late Anna Woods Bailey.

In addition to her parents, Ms. Bailey was preceded in death by three sisters Inella Williams, Ernestine Williams and Rachael Walker; and three brothers LT Bailey, Zeb Bailey, Jr., and Douglas Bailey.


Ms. Thelma Louise Bailey is survived by two sisters Virginia Patillo (husband Milton) of Carrboro, North Carolina and Mary Winstead (husband Sargent) of Roxboro, North Carolina; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
