​Mr. Jerry Lee Farmer, age 61, departed this earthly life and entered eternal rest on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at Person Memorial Hospital in Roxboro, North Carolina. He was a native of Person County, North Carolina – born to the union of the late Bernice Farmer, Sr. and the late Nora Medley Farmer. He was a member of Person Senior High School, “Class of 1980”.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers: Bernice Farmer, Jr. and John Wayne Farmer and sisters: Peggy Farmer and Cora Farmer.

Jerry Lee Farmer leaves to cherish his memory his wife Carolyn Lofton Farmer; son Demacho Lofton (wife Sharon); daughter Keisha Williams (husband Traywick); ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brothers: Lawrence Farmer (wife Linda) and Alexander Farmer; sisters: Brenda Farmer and Laura Ann Woods (husband Perry); and numerous loving nieces, nephews, additional relatives and friends.
