Ms. Queen Esther Browne, age 72, a native of Person County, entered eternal rest on Monday, January 25, 2021 at Duke Regional Hospital in Durham, North Carolina.
She was the daughter of the late Gaither L. Brown, Sr. and the late Henrietta Rogers Brown. For many years, she was a Registered Nurse at Lincoln Community Health Center in Durham, North Carolina.
In addition to her parents, Ms. Browne was preceded in death by one brother, Ivan Brown.
Ms. Queen Esther Browne is survived by her son Charles “Chuckie” Graves, Jr. (wife Centa) of Durham, North Carolina; one brother Gaither Lee Brown, Jr. (wife Roberta) of Harbor City, California; one grandson Charles “Charlie” Graves III; and numerous loving relatives and friends.
